Inspired by a female hotel owner during Central Otago’s gold rush in the 1860’s, Madam Sass lived her life with daring indulgence. She is our homage to heroines. When gutsy women held little regard for the establishment and relished taking risks. These enticing Red and Rose wines are full of attitude, style and extravagance.
